Unless otherwise specified, Technundrum serves as a technology advisor for the end client. Technundrum will receive a monthly residual from the technology providers in our portfolio only after the specific provider solution(s) are successfully deployed for the client. Technundrum will receive an ongoing residual from the solution provider only if the client continues to renew their contract with the solution provider.
Technundrum offers technical assistance for our clients on the technologies they purchase as part of their engagement. We serve as a liaison to help get resources, escalate customer service cases, and get resolution more quickly for our clients.
Technundrum works with cloud solutions for over 350+ providers across the following technology categories: Artificial Intellienge (AI), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Cloud, Colocation, Connectivity, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).
Technundrum works with its distribution partner and all of its providers to get detailed pricing information, including volume discounts and “favored nation” pricing. We also have deep experience and relationships with many of the leading providers in the market.
